Logo file requirements. The file must be in a vector format. Illustrator AI, EPS, SVG or PDF vector artwork with all fonts converted to outlines. We will contact you on how to send this file to us. If you do not have any of these file formats, please contact us prior to purchase so that we can verify if we can use your logo in its present format.
Vinyl color. This listing is for a single color decal. We offer full-color decals upon request. Gradient or semi-transparent colors are not available at this time. Please note black vinyl does not generally read well on windows or dark-colored backgrounds. Please only select black if you are applying the decal to a light-colored surface.
How we measure our decals. We measure our decals by the total longest side. If the graphic is longer vertically, we measure the height. If the graphic is longer horizontally, we measure the width. You can choose the size of your decal when checking out.
Returns and exchange details. We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are wrongly applied or damaged during application. This is the responsibility of the client, with no exceptions. We use industry-standard materials at a great turn over rate and we stand by our product.
If we have made a mistake with your order (wrong color/wrong size/missing part), we will ship out the missing part of the decal, or in some cases an entirely new decal.
In the case of a decal missing a letter please send us photo proof of the decal BEFORE applying and we will have a new letter or word replaced to fix the decal. We will send out a few to make sure you have no problem. This is a very simple fix so there is no need to replace it with a full new decal.
If an order is to be reprinted due to an error on your part (i.e., approving proofs with spelling errors, etc), you will be charged for the reprint. Review your digital proof carefully as we are not liable for errors in a final product due to misspelling, bleeds, grammar, punctuation, image orientation, and size dimensions. We accept no responsibility for files that are low quality, low-resolution or not print-ready. We are not responsible for images printed as blurry, distorted or pixilated due to your supplied artwork.
We are not liable for delays resulting from the proof approval process.
We will not make any changes to your artwork after approval. No refunds are provided for any reason after a proof has been approved and the order sent to print/cut.
All design costs that are included in our products are non-refundable. No exceptions.
We do not offer refunds for wrongly entered addresses at checkout. If a package is returned back to us, we will ship out your package again for a fee. Each order is custom made, we cannot refund the decal itself.
If an order is delayed due to an error on the shipping company’s behalf, we cannot be held liable. We do not issue refunds for the cost of shipping or the cost of the decal either.
If a decal is lost in the mail, we will have a second-order shipped out. We do not offer refunds for items lost in the mail, only replacements.
International Orders have a transit time of 6 – 18 business days estimated but sometimes it can take up to 25 business days just depending on customs. With international orders, most do not have added custom fees but depending on the country an additional customs fee may be required.
